This adventure holiday is perfect for couples or families looking for a balance between an exciting activity holiday and the opportunity to explore Croatia’s beautiful islands and cities. The itinerary has been designed to include popular activities such as white water rafting along the picturesque Cetina River, sea kayaking around the fortified walls of Dubrovnik and discovering the historic city of Split and its surrounding areas by bike. A day out at the breathtaking Krka National Park with its seemingly endless waterfalls is also one of the highlights of this holiday.
The daily activities we’ve included are perfect for all ages. The cycle tour is manageable for everyone with helmets being provided. White water rafting takes place on easy to moderate sized rapids, and includes a wet suit and safety equipment. Sea kayaking is done in two-man kayaks making it suitable for some of the younger members of the family to enjoy too. Each of the activities will be done in a group led by highly experienced English speaking guides.
Get ready for a fun and active program with a good balance of adrenaline activities and time to spend exploring the beautiful scenery of the Dalmatian coast.

Day 1 – Arrive in Split
Welcome to Split! Our friendly driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. You will have free afternoon to explore Split Old Town and stunning UNESCO-listed Diocletian Palace. Afterwards, treat yourself to a gourmet experience at one of many restaurants in the Old Town.
Day 2 – Cycling Tour of Split
To kick off your holiday, enjoy an easy-level guided cycling tour of Split and its surrounding areas. You’ll take in local beaches, promenades and stunning views from Marjan Hill, overlooking Diocletian’s Palace and nearby islands. You will have the afternoon free to visit the popular Kasjuni Beach.
Day 3 – Rafting on Cetina River
Today you will be visiting Cetina river canyon, a perfect destination for water sports in Omis near Split. Join our experienced guides for a small rafting group tour and descend along the white waters of Cetina River, offering stunning views of nature and a day of fun!
Day 4 – Day Trip to Krka Waterfalls National Park
Spend the day exploring Krka National Park, its river, lakes and waterfalls, walking the paths leading you through stunning nature and Medieval ruins. Don’t forget your swimsuit as swimming in the lake is allowed in front of the impressive Skradinski Buk waterfall.
Day 5 – Arrive in Dubrovnik
Today depart early aboard a catamaran and watch pristine islands pass by en route to Dubrovnik. After settling into your hotel room, we will organise a guided tour of the Dubrovnik Old Town, allowing you to explore the UNESCO-listed medieval heart of the city. If you are a Game of Thrones fan, let us know and we can offer an extended tour to visit the popular filming locations.
Day 6 – Sea Kayaking Around Dubrovnik City Walls
Today you’ll have a chance to admire Dubrovnik’s famous city walls from a completely unique perspective – your kayak! The safety of Dubrovnik harbour allows for a unique way to admire the walls whilst enjoying the beautiful royal blue sea. Stop off at the secluded Betina Beach, where you can go snorkelling in the crystal-clear waters around the beach.
Day 7 – Free Day
Spend your last day relaxing, walking the cobbled streets of Old Town and enjoying Dubrovnik’s excellent foodie scene. Take the cable car up Srdj Hill for panoramic views of Dubrovnik and the Elaphiti islands. Whilst up Srdj Hill, try out a buggy safari for a few hours of exhilarating fun. Alternatively, for a more relaxing day hop on a ferry for a visit to Lokrum island nature reserve.
Day 8 – Departure Day
Time to bid farewell to Croatia as you are driven to Dubrovnik Airport for your flight home.
