In the morning, you’ll cruise towards the island of Brač to the small town of Bol, which is filled with cobbled streets, lined with white stone houses and fringed by a dreamy white beach that curves into a delicate horn known as Zlatni Rat – one of the islands finest beaches.
After exploring the town or lazing away on the beach for the morning, you’ll then head towards the island of Hvar, where you’ll be met by an English-speaking guide who’ll introduce you to the ancient sights of the city, including the 13th century walls, the Hvar Cathedral and the impressive 6th century Fortress that looms over the rooftops, and was built and worked on by everyone from the Byzantines to the Venetians and Austrians. In the evening you’ll have time to explore the city at your leisure – whether that means dinner overlooking the harbour or an evening spent exploring the world-class bars and restaurants of the old town.

Once you arrive in Korčula, a guided tour will introduce you to the town’s history – including stories about famed explorer Marco Polo – who is said to have been born there, whilst the guide leads you through winding, cobbled streets, past centuries old architecture and under stunning antique archways. The rest of the evening will be yours to do with as you please – exploring the streets and enjoying the views out over the gorgeous blues of the Adriatic, or simply unwinding for the evening in a traditional Croatian restaurant.

DAY 5 • WEDNESDAY DUBROVNIK- ELAPHITI ISLANDS – NATIONAL PARK MLJET, MLJET ISLAND (B,L)

Once the ship weighs anchor in Mljet you’ll have the entire day to explore the stunning lakes, lush pine forests, idyllic islets, picturesque villages and sweeping vineyards that bejewel the island. The national park is particularly beautiful during the sunset when the sky is aflame and the lakes reflect the vibrant colours of the evening sky – and you’ll be able to enjoy it however you like – either from the privacy of the MS Captain Bota or from a romantic and tranquil spot on the island.
There’s a nice collection of restaurants in the national park should you wish to partake, many with wonderful views of the topography of the island and out to the sea.

DAY 6 • THURSDAY MLJET – PUČIŠĆA ( BRAČ ISLAND) (B,L)
The morning views of the twinkling Adriatic and the rising peaks on Mjlet Island will likely make you want to stay for another month, but eventually the views will become distant memories as you approach the breathtaking village of Pučišća, which sits on the paradisiacal island of Brač – home to the white stone which you’ll have seen at the Diocletian’s Palace in Split and of course the White House in Washington. There’ll be a swim stop en-route and lunch will be served before arrival to Brač.
The village of Pučišća is set on a natural harbour and is criss-crossed with narrow alleyways, Mediterranean architecture and an awe-inspiring collection of valleys that create a wonderfully picturesque coastline. It is idyllic to the extreme but also boasts Croatia’s only Stonemasonry School, where students specialise in sculptures carved from Brač limestone with traditional, local tools.
After spending much of the day exploring, you’ll spend an enchanting evening in Pučišća under a dense blanket of glittering stars, with only the sounds of the water brushing up against the harbour to disturb you.
