Small Ship Cruise

The MV Markan cruise ship (sister ship to the MV Infinity) is a 48.5 meters long, 8.8 meters wide deluxe ship, with a cruising speed of nine nautical miles per hour. She features the latest state-of-the-art equipment and amenities. The ship’s main deck features a spacious air-conditioned dining room with bar area with LCD TV, a corner buffet breakfast table and covered outdoor lounge area.

MV Markan Cabins

The ship has a maximum capacity of 36 passengers in 19 twin or double guest cabins located on the main and lower decks and 9 VIP cabins with private balconies. All cabins are fully air-conditioned and include a satellite television, safe deposit box, fire alarm, emergency lights and internal communication for announcements by the cruise director or captain. Each cabin has life jackets, desk and tabouret, wardrobe, a small cupboard and a window (main) or port hole (lower deck). The bathrooms on board the ship are fitted with a toilet, shower, washbasin and hair dryer.

MV Markan Facilities

The MV Markan offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests to enjoy with a spacious restaurant and bar area on the main deck with LCD TV, accompanied by a covered outdoor lounge area with comfortable seating. The upper deck is perfect for sunbathing with plenty of sun-loungers for all passengers, a shaded area and a Jacuzzi. Guests can take a swim from the platform at the back of the ship with ladder access to the water. Two outdoor showers and two deck lavatories are also available. Complimentary WiFi is available on board the ship.

MV Markan Dining

Guests enjoy half-board meals in the stylish salon with a daily buffet breakfast, six set lunches each with four courses, welcome cocktail, complimentary fresh fruit and bottled water daily. This cruise also includes the welcome dinner on arrival and Captain’s dinner on board. Dining on board the ship is in a relaxed and informal setting, with no formal dress code. The bar offers a selection of wine, beers, spirits and soft drinks which are available to purchase, payable at the end of the trip.
