Day by Day Itinerary
- Day 1:
Zagreb
On arrival in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a free afternoon relaxing or exploring the city. With its Austro-Hungarian heritage, it’s a typical Central European city, with classicist and secessionist facades and green parks. Zagreb is packed with museums, galleries, theatres and restaurants – plenty to satisfy your inner culture vulture.
- Day 2:
Plitvice Lakes
Our driver will meet you at your hotel and escort you to the Plitvice Lakes where you will spend the day exploring the Plitvice Lakes. Croatia’s most recognisable UNESCO-listed national park, Plitvice Lakes is comprised of 16 cascading lakes and travertine waterfalls, and with endemic flora and fauna, they make a thriving ecosystem. Take a leisurely walk through the park and enjoy a boat ride on the emerald-green Kozjak Lake.

Pakleni Islands & Vis
Our adventure takes us to the furthest island from the mainland: Vis. As the public was unable to visit for 40 years while it was used as a strategic military base during the Homeland War, tourism development has been limited, resulting in an unspoiled, tranquil atmosphere. First, we’ll wind through the Pakleni Islands for a swim stop in the archipelago’s crystal-clear turquoise waters, providing the opportunity to use water toys on board. Upon our mid-afternoon arrival at Vis, the remainder of the day is yours.
Meals Included:
Breakfast & Lunch - Day 8:
Blue Cave & Korcula
Head towards the striking island of Korcula, which is best known as the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Relax and admire the stunning secluded bays en route as well as the chance to visit the Blue Cave. If conditions are right, you’ll enter in a small boat to witness the interior as it’s illuminated in blue, with the sun beaming its rays in through a crack in the roof and reflecting off the white sea bottom. Please note that entry to the Blue Cave is subject to weather and sea conditions; therefore, the entry fee of EUR30pp is payable on the day. Afternoon arrival in Korcula is followed by a guided walking tour of this charming Old Town.
Excursions Included:
Guided tour of the Blue Cave (entrance fee payable locally)

Breakfast & Lunch - Day 9:
Mljet & Slano
Continue to cruise further south towards the island of Mljet. On arrival, you can join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes, situated in the heart of the stunning Mljet National Park. Next is the enchanting village of Slano, on the mainland, which is our destination this afternoon. Slano is a peaceful traditional fishermen’s village and the entrance point to Ston, another fortified small village that is famous for its oysters. After sampling fresh oysters and learning more about this delicacy, head back to the ship for the Captain’s Dinner.
